Looking After A New Build Home

Our new build homes will be inspected prior to you moving in to ensure required quality standards are met. Building regulation compliance will be granted by our own Clerk of Works, the home warranty provider, building control and the site based construction team.

Prior to completion, your Sales and Marketing Consultant will carry out a home demonstration tour of the home with you. It is important that you watch our home demonstration video as it provides useful information relating to the construction, coupled with hints and tips for looking after your new home.
