Keeping Safety A Priority During Covid-19

The health and wellbeing of you, your family and our colleagues is our top priority.

We are committed to doing everything we can to provide you with vital services whilst following government advice on Coronavirus (Covid-19).

Emh would like to assure you that measures are in place to mitigate any risk to customers and their workforce.

With regards to meeting customers onsite, we have set out to act in accordance with the latest government advice. Therefore, we are now offering virtual viewings in the first instance. Viewing onsite is still permitted but will be held by appointment only and subject to a financial assessment.

Although face coverings are no longer compulsory, emh staff members will continue to wear a face covering whilst meeting you indoors at our properties. We would politely ask and encourage our customers to do the same.

Please note, only members of the same household can view the property. This will also apply to any other arranged meetings with your Sales and Marketing Consultant.

This is an ever-changing climate, so we’ll be sending you regular updates on any changes that may affect you and updating our website with all the latest news, advice and support we are offering during this unusual time.

There are three simple actions we must all do to keep on protecting each other:

• WASH HANDS- keep washing your hands regularly
• COVER FACE - wear a face covering in enclosed spaces
• MAKE SPACE - stay at least 2 metres apart – or 1 metre with a face covering or other precautions
